BREAKING: @FredCoSheriff has charged a 15yo + 16yo boy for the random, unprovoked attack of a 59yo man at the Great Frederick Fair.

That man died today at Shock Trauma in Baltimore.

Sources say the teens (currently in juvenile custody) may have been playing the “knockout game.”
MORE: Both teens are facing assault charges, but prosecutors may very well tack on additional counts (such as murder) now that the victim’s passed away.

Police have not yet identified the victim or either suspect. The attack occurred Friday around 5:30p.

The two suspects - 15 and 16-year-old male siblings - have their bond review hearings at 1:30p today.

NEW: 37yo Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez raped a 15yo girl in a Silver Spring home they shared, cops say.

The victim had "stinging" pain after the attack.

This is at least the seventh undocumented immigrant arrested in Montgomery County, Md. on rape/sex abuse charges since July 25.
MORE: Per ICE, Carrasco-Hernandez is a Honduran national living in the U.S. illegally.

In April 2017, an immigration judge sent the then 35yo back to Honduras. He later re-entered the U.S. on an unknown date and by unknown means.

Carrasco-Hernandez is being held without bond.

Some defendants, including Luis Perez-Giron, have no record on file with federal authorities. That means they could be undocumented, the feds just can't confirm.

NEW: Nelson Reyes-Medrano is accused of crawling into bed with a 16yo Germantown, Md. girl as she napped. The 46yo proceeded to rape the teen at knifepoint, police say.

This is the fifth undocumented immigrant arrested on rape charges in Montgomery County, Md. in the last month.
MORE: Cops say Reyes-Medrano grew impatient and placed the knife against the victim’s neck. He then ripped off the 16yo girl’s clothing. What is alleged to have happened next is too troubling to publish...

The victim told detectives she was in pain during the entire assault.
MORE: Reyes-Medrano is married with 10 children (six are under the age of 18). For the last three years, he's worked at a bakery in Prince George's County, Md.

ICE says the accused rapist is a Salvadoran national living in the U.S. illegally. It's lodged a detainer against him.

NEW: @ICEgov accuses Montgomery County, Md. of releasing an undocumented immigrant accused of rape from jail despite a detainer on file.

Rodrigo Castro-Montejo allegedly raped an intoxicated woman last week. The 25yo Salvadoran national posted $1,000 for his release, docs show.
MORE: According to police, Castro-Montejo raped a female friend after a night of heavy drinking.

The victim texted Castro-Montejo from the hospital, asking if he stopped at touching or engaged in sexual intercourse.

"Oo a little bit of both to be honest," he allegedly replied.
MORE: This isn't the first case of its kind. In May 2017, ICE lambasted MoCo after the jail released an undocumented immigrant who brought an AR-15 assault-style rifle to Einstein H.S. in Kensington, Md.

MoCo later blamed the scandal on a clerical error.
