Highly recommend reading this if you have any doubt as to whether the Johnson plan (not a deal) is or could be acceptable to the EU in this form. It isn't.

Stop totting up votes for the unachievable.

All that said, and what provides just a flicker of hope, is that these are the most realistic UK proposals yet in terms of accepting that customs and regulatory checks exist. A low bar, and the proposed solutions are unacceptable. But from acorns...? (NB not that optimistic...)
