The UK has sent a photocopy of the Benn Act to Brussels tonight and asked for an early termination of extension to Jan 2020 if both parties can get ratification done before then

Photocopied or not, signed or not, the EU27 have a British government request for an extension tonight and will be treating it as such. Ambassadors meet tomorrow 0930am to discuss way forward. EU27 unlikely to respond to Boris until after a HoC vote on the deal
