5/n Truce deal btwn Russia n Turkey in d month of sep is wat helped create Idlib as a buffer zone. Bt Turkey ws ostensibly not completely committed in isolating and combating jihadi gps. This is the reason y Turkey hs nw landed itself in a hot soup.
