Well, for one thing, President Trump did not win an "Electoral College landslide" - he had the third smallest margin of victory since 1980. The only two smaller wins were both by George W. Bush.
And for another, citing the president's 63M votes is a weird self-own considering Hillary got 3,000,000 more votes.
And finally - well, yeah. Democrats have been talking about impeachment since before Trump was elected.. Because most of us expected he would abuse the power of his office! Why? Idk, maybe because he asked for Russia to hack Hillary's email on national television.
Maybe because he hired to be his campaign manager a guy who had decades of shady dealings with authoritarian governments. (That guy is now in prison, by the way!)
Maybe because he - immediately upon taking office - began to ask people like the Attorney General or the FBI Director to take personal loyalty tests.
Democrats should not apologize for expecting that Donald Trump would engage in impeachable behavior. Because that is exactly what he has done: He tried to extort Ukraine into supporting his reelection using the full force of the presidency and your taxpayer money.
