Seems like the people working to improve the Philadelphia Police Department are doing the hard work, and people like McSwain — acting like nothing's wrong and that the problem is someone like Krasner — are just throwing cheap shots from their federally appointed perch.

Search hashtags ON a date.
Search for the actual tweets.

just using that and a tip from @z3dster gets me 6 accounts to look at.

those are all troll factory/internet research agency accounts.
so pull the accounts that follow them.
you get all these shady looking accounts with the same stats.
drop the false positives, drop the duplicates. you get about 180 accounts worth looking at.
