2/ Bill Clinton had essential role in Giustra's acquisition of embezzled Kazakh uranium properties. He accompanied Giustra on trip on which deal agreed to. Clinton schmoozed Kazakh dictator while Giustra negotiated deal. They got valuable uranium properties for fraction of value 
3/ properties were later flipped into Uranium One in reverse takeover. Giustra blew out stock, reportedly making over $1 billion. If there is any legitimate purpose to Magnitsky Act (which is dubious), it is to prosecute profiteering on embezzled state properties, unless,
4/ unless, it appears, the profits accrue to someone in Democrats or with Democrat protection.
