Women don’t ski in long, flowing dresses because it would be dangerous and stupid to do so. But a man does it, and objecting indicates some sort of failure “as a woman who wants to help rewrite gender norms”?! FFS.

If I’m being totally honest, one of the reasons that this story irritates me is that, yes, the dude looks ridiculous in that dress, but also, *anyone* would look terrible in that dress. It’s not just impractical; it’s a really ugly piece of clothing.
