2) Abolition of the RTE in it's current form & the adaptation of one secular education act which asks all aided & unaided institutions including vedic pathshalas & madrasas to teach a basic secular curriculum before they can get permission to operate.
4) MMG Act - All institutions & government/non governmental bodies having more than 25 members ( including the RSS & PFI) to undertake the #IndianArmy MMG ( Mandir,Masjid,Gurudwara) round every 2nd day . All institutions to create "Sarv Dharm" Sthals in all their offices.

-Minority welfare to become a State subject , so minority welfare to vary as per demographic difference in states.
