The joyous mood of this dude cannot be more obvious.

Numerous WeChat official accounts are using the same template to describe how hard it is for an Chinese overseas merchant to stay on foreign soil during the pandemic.

And ...

Here comes a variation:

This effort echoes the PRC state media's new narrative that overseas Chinese should stay outside

In a tiktok video, the voiceover for Trump says "my grandfathers, i beg you mercy, please give me masks, i will pay anything for that!"

And the CCP spokesperson replied:"nope, not even one mask for you"

"with the explosive pandemic transmission overseas, China has become the safest country in the world"

This is not joyous in tone but i think i should share the misinformation warfare inside China as well.

A Chinese medical expert who appeared in CCTV claimed that the speed of vaccine development in US is unusually fast, unless the US has been researching into it long ago

China has been pushing the conspiracy theory that the wuhan virus, a.k.a. coronravirus, is indeed born in the US and was brought to China.

This is apparently an orchestrated effort to shift the blame.

P1. A knock-off poland ball comic by a KOL named "地瓜熊老六” who has more than 6M followers in Sina Weibo. The perfectly healthy China-ball is holding a flag, which reads "keep going!"

China's spokesperson claimed that Italians played China's national anthem and thanked China (P.1). The news was hugely popular in weibo(P.2)
