Have filled an official complaint with @DGPMaharashtra , @CPMumbaiPolice against Justice @KolsePatilBG under IPC section 153A, 153B, 295, 298, 34, 506 for his inflammatory speech given in January 2020 at #AntiCAA rally organised by “Jammat E Islami Hind” in Mumbai . (1/2)
Copy of complaint is also filled with @MumbaiPolice on online portal following it up with physical too. Similarly a copy is marked to @DelhiPolice ,@CPDelhi for investigation as speech addressed to particular section which might have played role in instigating riots in Delhi 2/3
Also a copy of complaint with additional request sent to @NIA_India with requesting to investigate on the links of Justice @KolsePatilBG in Elgar Parishad suspected to have a role in #BhimaKoregaon riots in Maharahstra matter ongoing investigation with NIA already. (3/3)

First, some background: Two parents—the Stephans—were charged with failing to provide the necessaries of life to a person under their care (their son, Ezekiel), contrary to s. 215(2)(b) of the Criminal Code (para 1).
The case turns on expert evidence. Justice Clackson acquits the Stephans because he finds that Ezekiel died from lack of oxygen, *not* meningitis, the Crown’s theory (para 4). Thus, Justice Clackson’s key role was weighing expert evidence about Ezekiel’s cause of death.

#FDR promoted the idea that the people of the world, in all nations, shared entitlement to four freedoms: that of the freedom of speech and expression, the freedom of worship, the freedom from want and the freedom from fear.
#FDR is arguably one of the most 'successful' #US Presidents. Some would argue that on the basis of his numerous social policies such as 'the New Deal'. Others, however, would argue that his role during the second world war was more prevalent to his success & everlasting legacy.
