This is a fascinating read that, underneath a system undoubtedly built with the best of intentions to prevent the human and systems failings reveal in SARS, reveals how human failings, complacency, obedience, political fear all, led to avoidable loss of life and not just in China

Some (in fact all) those same human failings on top of systems weaknesses reared their ugly heads all over the world.
