On March 31, 2016, George Papadopoulos, a member of Trump's NatSec team, revealed himself to be a Kremlin agent. What did Trump do? Nothing.
In May 2016, Trump's NatSec team decided it'd be OK to send a "private citizen" to a Kremlin meeting. Page went to Moscow and did just that.
On August 17, 2016, the IC told Trump that Russia was waging cyberwar on America; 3 weeks later he had Sessions negotiate sanctions relief.
On March 31, 2016, Trump learned Putin wanted to negotiate. That day he ordered his NatSec team to change the GOP platform to benefit Putin.
Throughout 2016, Trump lied about his, his sons', and aides' contacts with Russia and whether Russia had committed crimes—thus aiding Putin.
Trump and his aides have openly committed crimes such as Obstruction, Witness Tampering, and Perjury to hide the details of Russia's plot.
Yet despite all this, editors continue to publish stories saying that, as yet, we've no evidence whatsoever of Trump colluding with Russia.
Those of us who continue to say that evidence of collusion can be found in news stories published by these *same outlets* are marginalized.
And those of us who simply repost news articles from England confirming key aspects of the Steele Dossier are called "conspiracy theorists."
When, months later, media catches up with independent journalists/independent Trump-Russia research, it says it couldn't have known earlier.
Collusion was discovered. Crimes were committed in public. Yet everyday is an Orwellian nightmare in which we agree to pretend otherwise.
"Exhausting" doesn't cover it. "Horror" is the only word for watching criminals get away with their crimes *on television* every single day.
I used to feel like, well, at least the truth will come to be accepted eventually and there'll be a sense of relief, maybe even vindication.
But when Mueller emerges and says everything already discussed here, American media will have laid the groundwork for a disbelieving public.
Media did much to give us Trump by normalizing him—turning him into entertainment rather than a neofascist horror.
They're doing it again.
They're doing it again.
The truth is being cast as Internet craziness, while the cover-up is treated nightly like run-of-the-mill news—so one feels beat down daily.
All we can do now is share what we know—ironically, reports by the outlets now saying there's no proof of collusion—and hope to be believed.
