American student Colin Madsen was found dead in a forest in Siberia in April 2016, eight days after he had disappeared from the house where he was staying. A forensics report just provided to his mother Dana Calcutt says the evidence suggests he was killed. She is seeking facts.
Russian police were obstructive during the search for Colin, which Dana participated in. They concluded that he died from hypothermia. The forensics report notes that Colin did not remove clothes, as many hypothermia victims do, thinking they are hot. One of the curious elements.

More details of Colin's injuries.
The report notes that based on decomposition and the lack of predator activity and maggots, it was unlikely that Colin had been dead for eight days.
