2/ according to WaPo, Jun 23, 2017, washingtonpost.com/graphics/2017/… US received drop-dead super-secret intelligence that Putin himself had directed the hack against DNC. By "coincidence", Steele memoranda said exactly the same thing. Little to no attention has been paid to the
3/ the super-secret intel which Brennan received. But it's almost certainly derived from Steele memoranda - perhaps laundered through UK intelligence.
4/ perhaps most important allegation in the Steele dossier was that Putin had personally directed the hacking campaign against the US, an allegation which later made its way into the Intel Community Assessment. I'll bet that this specific assessment is based entirely on Steele
