1. IMO among all the groups in Syria and Iraq, the Iranians are not the worst. Turkey's allies are worse. IMO.

2. IMO the current Iranian regime are counter-revolutionaries Ayatollah Khomeini was anti-Imperialist. The current regime seeks to expand an empire.

3. Don't fight Iran in Iraq. Fight it in Syria but start by replacing it in northern Aleppo guarding the #Kurds who were ethnically cleansed from Afrin by Turkey. I not sure @WHNSC @AmbJohnBolton grasp the complexity.
4. We're not going to conquer Iran but we can get them out of Lebanon and Syria. But that means fighting the Al-Qaeda forces Turkey is backing and maybe Russia too. So that's a big deal. But @Centcom can put a force in #Rojava. We're already there. 😎 @DefenseIntel @USSOCOM
