Until this point Gillium has always claimed it wasn't him but the people around him that were under investigation. But this FBI subpoena targets him & his campaign... 
The evidence was due for production by May 7th. But some will still think nothing is happening when the Dems big candidate in Florida has been under investigation since 2016 or earlier.
Also targeted are several educational foundations run by Democrats including Gillum. Connecting Gillum into other party Swamp players means the FBI is targeting the people behind Gillum.

As with most of the global cases, it is about the people that get to pick who is governor, president, prime minister, & similar positions where they can funnel money back to the Swampy foundations.
You pick the right candidate, you get the cash to help them win...
Or as seems to be the FBI's new MO. Leak the evidence that a candidate is a crook shortly before the election & let the voters put them out of office...

It looks like Gillum tried to buy his way out of trouble by paying a $5k fine in Florida for 'ethics violations.' Who knew taking bribes from an undercover FBI agent was unethical...

Seems Gillum is currently focused on registering a million new Democrats to vote in Florida to flip it back to Blue in 2020. That & cashing his checks from CNN!
