BREAKING: The U.S. will resume the use of the death penalty in federal cases, according to a press release sent by Attorney General William Barr
MORE: In the press release, Barr directs the Federal Bureau of Prisons to:

-adopt an addendum to the Federal Execution Protocol
-schedule the executions of 5 death-row inmates
MORE: Barr called the 5 death-row inmates "the worst criminals".

Each of them was convicted of multiple offenses — including murder — and sentenced to death in their respective jurisdictions
