Brian Kilmeade, who occasionally tells President Trump that what he's doing isn't a great idea, is off today, and Pete Hegseth, who advises Trump and has been floated for a cabinet post is in explaining that the attacks on Rep. Elijah Cummings are brilliant and not racist.
Really spun up the bad-faith defenses of racist commentary quickly this time.
FYI the president's Sharpton attacks do not originate with Fox programming.

Again, trying to discuss health care plans this way isn't really working because no one has the time to both lay out the distinctions between their plans and the others and answer the questions.
The advantage goes to candidates who get a vague "your response" question and just riff on values rather than getting into the details of policy.
Seriously, the candidates getting "what's your response" have a huge advantage over those getting the initial, specific questions, because the moderators aren't trying to keep them to those initial questions.
