2. industry out of the Bankruptcy Code creating instead an easily co-opted state regulatory system: Insurance companies and banks. Democrats are not going to easily kill the health insurance industry. My plan is to convert the current system to a federal run system by slowly
3. use attrition to move the employees to federal employment so that the industry is phased out and the employees move to jobs overseeing the drug companies and service providers. Any for-profit health insurance companies will simply be dissolved.
