you can't point to tax cuts bc the biggest drops in black unemployment during the president's time in office were before the cuts took effect (and studies have shown very little job creation effect for anyone because of them)...
likewise, there is not one study of piece of evidence to suggest some minor deregulatory efforts would explain it...there has been no direct stimulus or targeted effort. The enterprise zone stuff has benefitted white owned businesses in black areas (but workers not black)
and of course the fall in black UE has been consistent since about 2010, so it has nothing to do with Trump. It's part of the reality of demographic change. As whites are 10 yrs older than blacks (median), they age out of workforce and POC became larger share of it...
...thus, they will be able to get job openings bc there literally aren't enough white people to fill them all...this isn't about policy decisions. It's about demographics....
