@benadida @mattblaze @VerifiedVoting @voting_works @philipbstark @rad_atl Ben, sent two examples below. I believe that there are more in local community newspapers. But the point is that the claims are very misleading for candidates, campaigns, political parties, voters, attorneys, all of whom have to make decisions on recounts and challenges. 1/
@benadida @mattblaze @VerifiedVoting @voting_works @philipbstark @rad_atl Signing "audits" of the vote outcome, and not correcting the SOS reports, is doing a real disservice (to put it nicely) to the losers in the election. @Voting_Works and @VerifiedVoting are putting their thumbs on the scales.

See thread below to explain. 2/
@benadida @mattblaze @VerifiedVoting @voting_works @philipbstark @rad_atl 3/ Signing off on a false audit that says in the press reports, or the audit reports that the outcomes are "correct" will cause an election board to deny a candidate a recount.

It will cause a judge to have grounds to throw out an election challenge.
@benadida @mattblaze @VerifiedVoting @voting_works @philipbstark @rad_atl 4/ It will cause a candidate to assume that he lost when he might have won.

Unless you have personally been a losing candidate where you are weighing your resources and risks to pay for a recount or lawsuit, you have no idea how much damage these false audit claims can do.
@benadida @mattblaze @VerifiedVoting @voting_works @philipbstark @rad_atl 5/ What you are doing is unfair, misleading and has real victims. Real people who may be running for small local office at great cost.

How would you feel about a CPA announcing that a company's financial statements were fairly stated if there is no way that they really know?
