1. When Trump threatened to commit violations of US and International war crimes laws the military became at a minimum material witnesses. The command needs to act professionally and they should be left alone. Political appointees are Constitutionally fair game.
2. Stop fooling around. Trump killed Soleimani under the foolish belief it was good for him politically. Trump violated EO 12,333 and then threatened war crimes if he was resisted. He set DOD in motion. If it was any other person that would be charged as a conspiracy.
