Massive fraud has been reported at many municipalities run by the ANC. Perpetrators seem to act with absolute impunity.They are all deployed by their party. Action against them is rare. Can you defend the accusation that the ANC is a party of crooks?

But here is the conundrum. @CyrilRamaphosa won the presidency of the ANC with a flimsy majority. And the nexus of the ANC problem is in Luthuli House where his enemy No 1surrounded by willing supporters has control. So, he lacks the levers of control to
do what a decisive leader could have done under the circumstances. Further, the economy is working in the favour of his opponents who are ready to blame him for its tepid performance. Finally, he therefore has no basis and leverage to deliver on his mission
