* Provide $500 million in federal assistance to fund emergency state vote at home efforts
* Allow voters to request a ballot electronically & print ballots at home
* Give states a grace period for ballots to be returned if there's a shortage of postal workers

5/ Oregon, Washington, Utah, Hawaii, California, and Colorado will already be using vote at home systems that are safe and secure, and increase voter participation. Now, Congress must pass S.3440 to ensure every registered voter can vote safely during the #coronavirus pandemic.
