THREAD: It amazes me that people just haphazardly say they want “new faces” when we are desperately hoping to overtake the House & Senate. This is not the stance to be taken when we have our lives at stake if we fail to at least retake one of the branches of Congress. 1/

mid-term election where if a GOP wins we can shrug it off. We are fighting for our lives. We have climate change where our polar ice caps are melting @ an alarming rate & more animals are going extinct since the ice age. Trump is 3/
according to @duty2warn more likely than not a malignant narcissist sociopath. He has no conscience. He does not feel guilt or empathy. He has installed heads of state agencies who have no knowledge of the agency they head, or believe opposite of what is the agency’s purpose. 4/
In short, Trump is destroying our Country from the inside out & working daily to undermine our democracy. It is no joke when people tell you that this isn’t Dems versus GOP, but Americans versus Trump. It is our last chance to restore our Country. So all Americans should be 5/
be voting Democratic for this election. Also, our Congress works on a seniority system. Meaning those having the most seniority are the ones who are appointed heads of committees, etc. There is also a learning phase which requires usually one to two years. Pelosi & 6/
Feinstein have seniority & has the best chance of getting bills enacted to laws. They have tenacity & have fought hard for Dems. We need them in Congress and we need to give them the extra Dem seats in House & Senate so they 7/
Can pass DACA, climate change, gun reform, etc. Folks need to quit focusing on whether our current Dems are perfect enough & focus on saving our world because that is where we are at. Focus on flipping red to blue seats, not replacing what we already have. It’s going to be 8/
