1: Conspiracy to commit an offense against the US through GRU cyber ops/staged release of stolen docs to interfere in the 2016 election.
2-9: Aggravated identity theft

Indictment of 12 Russian GRU Officers: On or about July 27, 2016, Russian operatives attempted to spearphish Clinton's personal emails "for the first time."
Trump, July 27, 2016: "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing."

"On July 22, 1016, Organization 1 released 20,000 emails & other stolen docs stolen from the DNC."

Organization 1 is WikiLeaks, who "did not disclose Guccifer 2.0's role in providing stolen emails." WikiLeaks was in direct contact with the GRU.
