What if we just got #Fatah and #Hamas their own Attaché badges like Edward Tavner on the show, Patriot? We could engrave, “Legitimate Palestinian Representative,” on it instead. 💡
They’d probably just end up fighting about the size of the map and number of AK47s on the engraving. 🤔

Well done, @FoxNews. When there’s an issue with an ally, you were sure to book Rand Paul. He has a predetermined narrative for all things foreign policy - regardless of any development. His is a policy that would weaken America.
Rand Paul says we should never sell arms to any country unless it lessens the risk to the US and that selling arms to #SaudiArabia to use in #Yemen puts the US in greater risk. That is an absurd reading of the Middle East that demonstrates a lack of understanding.
Rand Paul said he’s furious over what Saudi Arabia did to #Khashoggi, claiming we should punish them on humanitarian grounds. But there’s never been a conflict or number of civilian casualties that he would support acting against, including selling weapons. It’s a double standard

One night in August 2014, I lay curled up tightly in a bath tub in Gaza.
Israeli fighter jets and apache helicopters fired missiles from the sky.
Gun boats fired from the sea.
It felt like the air was on fire.
Eventually, the fear became something else. Certainty. Not screaming, hysterical fear. Just a certainty that death was here. It was pure luck who would survive the night. So, panic seemed pointless.

I went to the balcony and watched as one home after another was blown to bits.
My balcony looked straight onto the beach. Looking north, I could see the blinking lights of Israel’s apartheid wall. It meant that no one in Gaza could even flee from the attack. Israel was firing into a prison for which only they had the keys.

And so I looked North...
