If the #Russians🇷🇺 stole @HillaryClinton’s voter file AND had @realDonaldTrump’s internal polling data, they would know which voters to target with specific messages.
Add in the stolen #Facebook and other data, plus Trump’s voter file, and #Russia🇷🇺and others (PsyGroup, Cambridge Analytica, etc) literally would have EVERYTHING needed to microtarget voters very specifically and highly effectively.🤨

During the 2016 campaign, Boyarkin says it fell to him to collect the $19 million debt that Manafort owed Deripaska. “I came down on him hard.”🤔
