If you read the article, there is nothing "explosive", nothing new. In may 2017, Dassault Informed French trade unions about the construction of a plant in Nagpur, and explained to them why that plant could not be built in France. (because of the offset).
The document is with the trade unions of Dassault. Ask for it and they will give it to you.
Please note that in France, the top management of a company has to inform the Central Works Councils (trade unions) about their strategy/important decisions.
And in that case, the important decision conveyed to the Central Work Council, was the construction of a plant in India that will not create jobs for French workers.
It's about French labour laws, not so much about Anil Ambani

"We started negotiating with Reliance group in 2011, Hollande was not the French president, Modi was not the PM" said Eric Trappier. Dassault was negotiating with the Reliance group of Mukesh Ambani, not the Reliance group of Anil Ambani. So it was a different company.
"My company is clean" said Eric Trappier. It has not been always the case. The former director of Dassault aviation received in 1998 an18 month probationary sentence for bribery. He had bribed numerous Belgium politicians in 1988 in order to secure a contract.

#New PA cong. map increases D chance of winning the House majority by 4%. They only need a 6.8% generic ballot margin now (down from 7.7) to be favored.

Diff. will be closer to 10% in Nov when uncertainty from polls is ⬇️. Redraw is a very big deal.

One major reason the new PA map is such a big gain for Democrats is that it solidifies, not just tips, PA districts in Philly burbs. Also creates one additional vulnerable R district. (Easily seen in this map made by @JMilesColeman)
My forecasting model will have new PA map in the near future. This is not just a simple switch; it’s a coding redesign, restructuring of input, & drawing new geographic files. Takes a while (for me, a student).
