AFAICT Fox & Friends did not cover Macron during the 6 am hour before Trump's 6:50 am tweet, which means the feedback loop is working the other way this morning.
Once Trump informed Fox & Friends they should be pissed about Macron, they got pissed about Macron.
And the president appears to have gotten the Macron approval rating talking point from Brian Kilmeade.

Alright. Time to identify all of the Trump-Fox livetweets that I missed while I was off for the holidays.
I've nailed down around 20 Trump tweets that appear to respond to Fox programming. There are certainly more, but there are a few factors making it more complicated -- lots of tweets about the wall and Syria and the economy that could be, but are not definitively, live-tweets.
I'll start with 12/21.
