I've never been a big fan of the obstruction claims. I think Trump did it but all of it occurred as President so it's more complicated. I am concerned Barr will redact evidence of Trump's treason. Anyone who believes what Barr wrote about conspiracy in his memo is a total fool.
I took the snippet that Barr claims he took from Mueller's work product to show you how a dishonest lawyer like Barr could manipulate the Mueller text. The part that is allegedly from Mueller is between the two apostrophes. ' '
You're being lied to by people likely working for our enemy. Don't trust any member of the Trump administration or the @SenateGOP @HouseGOP.

1. Was looking at DC dockets & saw Maria Butina's pre-sentencing report was recently filed. No date set and joint motion for her judicial removal was filed but pending with no hearing date. All-in-all Maria looks like she's heading home to a heroes welcome. But I'm not convinced. Maria Butina mug shot
2. Who else is remaining? It's all the real Russia stuff. Butina with her links to the Kochs via the NRA, Patten, Flynn, Edwards and Wikileaks. All still pending and all related to Russia. And the Govt Attorneys on Butina's case are still National Security section. The real deal.
3. I think Butina is a GRU agent. She was in Donbass during the Russian attack.

The Russians think they won. That may be what we want them to think. One thing about the Mueller Report, I was not surprised about is that the GRU didn't get close to Trump. They didn't have to.

1. I was going over Mueller's analysis of 52 USC 12121 foreign contribution regarding offer of dirt looking & authority he cites. One case was a Kavanaugh opinion. Small world. Mueller punted on this charge. @RepJerryNadler @RepJeffries if you need a charge look at that one.
2. Mueller ignored completely blew this off:
a) Prohibition It shall be unlawful for
(2) a person to solicit, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national.
Kavanaugh held just need knowledge illegal.
3. Manafort was a campaign pro. But Mueller blew it off.

But it's an ace in the hole for the @TheDemocrats in @HouseJudiciary .

1. Mueller is right that the House is responsible for dealing with a Trump. But I think @LeaderHoyer is also right that we aren't there yet. Rather than tee up a @HouseJudiciary @RepJerryNadler judiciary impeachment process, the investigation is best to now move to House Intel.
2. Senate intel can piggyback but @SenatorBurr needs to consider a modification of his role in light of the #MuellerReport.

There's more to come. This was just the first of a four act play. The money and the emails have yet to come and look to be in the SDNY and/or EDNY.
3. And it appears to me that there have been at least two counter-intelligence investigations. Plus NY state cases. @realDonaldTrump wants to go on offense? He should pick up his chips and head back to Manhattan. @FBIWFO @NewYorkFBI
