"We will raise uranium enrichment rate to more than 3.67% after July 7," says Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

Reminder:
-Another violation of the 2015 nuclear deal.
-20% is the next level of enrichment.
-Elevating from 20% to 90% (weapons grade) is quite simple.
Rouhani:
After July 7, the Arak nuclear reactor will return to the level of its previous activities if the parties committed to the nuclear deal do not fulfill their promises.
Our advice to the US & EU is to return to the negotiating table, respect the law & abide by JCPOA terms.

What should happen next?
2/ The U.S. and the remaining parties to the #IranNuclearDeal should not overreact.

#Iran's breach is very limited and reversible.
3/ #Iran is not rushing toward a bomb.

If this were the case, we would see the Europeans, #Russia and #China begin activating the deal’s adjudication process and snapping back sanctions. They are not.

A few minutes ago in Kurdish city of Kermashan(Kermanshah) IRGC fired a few missiles to an unknown destination. Two of the missiles crashed near the city a few second after they were fired.
At least 8 missiles were fired.
The missiles were fired from IRGC's base in Kermanshah called Shohada headquarters.
The moment when one of the missile exploded and a few minutes later crashed.
The IRGC has not published any statement.
