I wanted to share something about running a advisory service and sharing my learning.What was the reason behind launching @greentickz and running it? 1/n

@greentickz Of course primary reason is I wanted money for various reasons and thought of offering my learned wisdom and everyday work in exchange to earn money.
Secondary reason is I always believed I have the skill to narrate things in a better in way to reach out people 2/n

@greentickz or in other words have the ability to explain things in a simple way.And Market profile is a perfect subject for me while learning as well for sharing as its all about inquiring the auction as and when its taking place and visualize what is ahead for the auction 3/n

@greentickz So I felt strongly I could make some difference to traders with ability of narrating auction which could change the perspective of them looking at markets and in long run it could help them 4/n

@greentickz To be honest I have always been telling "borrowed conviction" may not help in a long way i.e, taking trade ideas from someone may be helpful for short term but in a long run 5/n

@greentickz We all survive by learning the process to evaluate the market auction and learning all other stuff like execution,risk and money management and all other basic stuff. So my idea was to interact with people and make them better to understand how to approach the markets 6/n

@greentickz which is challenging us everyday with its way of auction.I have been sharing everything from the day one in this aspect without holding back anything and still learning a lot and will share the same as usual 7/n

@greentickz But noticed something in recent two months.When you are simply talking about auction and how things are happening in the market it all goes well.Its like talking with friends without any commitment.But when we have some bad trades and days then it puts pressure on me 8/n

@greentickz psychologically cannot connect with the people with same enthu..This is the hard fact however good mindset balance you have but anyhow should face this issue.Just because we had a bad day I cannot stop sharing about auction as it goes on and going to reach destination 9/n

@greentickz irrespective of our day.Not all the people trade in same time frame and some are not even trading my calls but they are here only to learn so I should keep my commitment steady on all occasion irrespective of trade outcome 10/n

@greentickz I believe my sharing part is not up to the mark as it was in first 3 months since Apr.This is important factor and I have not thought about it when I started the venture and realized it practically once ventured in 11/n

@greentickz Bottom line is poor performance is the obstacle going forward from your main idea behind running a service. So what is the solution for this?To improve on this aspect of not interrupting the learning and sharing part, I have decided not to weigh too much on performance part 12/n

@greentickz trade by trade, day by day but work towards more on process front which I always do but still want to focus better on that part which am sure will bring the performance by default And another aspect what I thought is to charge people less so that I could have some comfort 13/n

@greentickz to have less pressure on chasing alpha.This could help me not to chase trades every day and I can peacefully work only with very solid setups.And I can expect people to focus more on learning part and not just blindly following calls part which may not help in long run 14/n

@greentickz With affordable fees,it could help people to stick around for some extended period to pick up my brain and tweak it to their own way of trading.Books,seminars,short term courses might help to learn the basics but we all know market move is not constant with its auction 15/n

@greentickz and it decides to do its way of reaching destination in different ways in different time.Only way to learn something fruitfully is with the commitment to a learning environment for a considerable time. So on this aspect I have decided to reduce the fees at GT 16/n

@greentickz GT by 30% from Sep on wards..My vision is to make all efforts to get the returns around 3-4% a month after all charges and slippage without dragging one into too much of emotional imbalance Am always a kind of trader who dont' want to get everything out of every move 17/n

@greentickz but get something out of every move and working hardly to get this done consistently.Was able to deliver around 3-5% few months and took a hit in the May'19.But GT is still young and having ideas and plans how to make it more resourceful and helpful to the aspiring traders 18/n

@greentickz As of now what I offer is continuous market commentary all through the day, end of the day market report with data and detailed plan which says about what has auction achieved/ failed,hypos for next day,detailed weekend review of what is bigger picture and what is expected 19/n
