1/ I’m taking the extraordinary step of deleting a retweet of @usambcuba’s I made earlier. As you all know, I’m extremely careful about deleting tweets and almost always provide a reason why...
2/ In this case, some close friends I trust were very vocal about their concern regarding interpretation of CAC and its relevance with regard to secondary prevention and I’ve agreed to hear them out on the topic for the importance of balance.
3/ I’ll revisit this subject again after I’ve had those conversations and will give my opinion here. As always, I’m grateful to have so many incredible people help move this conversation forward.
