#WEKA make it easy for you to play around with data and it gives you test options regarding how you split your #dataset.
I once used WEKA to get result 'clue' for Classification of EEG signal using AIRS, Immuno, CLONALG.

2. Auto-Weka
There are several machine learning algorithms that can be used right off the shelf, and many of these methods are implemented in the Weka package.
It considers the problem of simultaneously selecting a learning algorithm and setting its hyperparameters.
