 Haj Mohammadi is a former judge at the first chamber of the Evin Court, and now judge at branch 71 of the Tehran Provincial Criminal Court. He has been sanctioned by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation of the UK Treasury since 2011.

 These surveys are conducted by Ebrahim Mohseni of the University of Maryland. Here he is seen speaking at the Atlantic Council, a known pro-#Iran appeasement think tank.

Mohseni is known to have given speeches at IRGC Basij paramilitary events.
