Things like like infrastructure, healthy populations, prosperous communities, well educated citizens and strong institutions which are all hallmarks and precursors of wealth creation. Name a rich nation without those investments.

No corporation will make these investments nor can most citizens afford. It’s that wealth that pays back the debt, and even in 4 years, it was working, our deficit, projected originally at $8 B or so came in at $6 B, then the UCP gave away $4.7 B to make $8.6 B in debt.

& it’d be more if not for cuts that are only necessary because of the giveaway. It’s literally a family deciding to sell their spare kidneys to buy a house, instead of taking out a mortgage it more than qualifies for.
