Reminder: Erdogan visited the White House three weeks ago. Now a Hamas military leader is an official guest of Erdogan in Ankara.
It would be great to see the president, who just last night boasted of his pro-Israel credentials, hold Turkey accountable for serving as a headquarters for a terrorist group that attacks Israel continuously.

Also, curious to see what some of DC’s more strident Turkey apologists have to say about this visit. And don’t even bother with the “Turkey is mediating and keeping the door open for talks” thing. That’s what Egypt is for. Turkey is a straight up sponsor of Hamas and its mission.
