1/ THREAD: There's a very high probability that Mike Pence will be replaced on Trump's 2020 ticket. Although it may be Nikki Haley, with increasing likelihood, it will be Ivanka.

2/ Trump knows his physical & particularly his mental state is degrading. If he picks Ivanka as his running mate, he can stay in power much longer. Donald Trump Jr. is also a possibility, although the President knows Ivanka is significantly more loyal & will generate more votes.

3/ This sets up the scenario of an eventually bedridden and incapacitated Donald Trump with Vice President Ivanka giving speeches, communicating on his behalf, and giving Presidential orders to the outside world (much like Woodrow Wilson and Edith [Bolling] Galt).

4/ This would enable Donald Trump's power to stay within his family as he positions himself to continue avoiding indictment and trial (as he would still be president) — and for V. P. Ivanka to pardon him for (some of) his crimes if she becomes president by succession.

Addendum: From a strategic perspective, in order to win re-election, Trump should keep Pence on the Ticket. However, from Trump's ego's point-of-view — as well as his disease, paranoia, addictions, and guilty conscience — he will act to protect himself and pick Ivanka.

It's not a good idea if he wants to win. But Trump will pick Ivanka because of his:

• Dementia
• Drug abuse
• Consciousness of Guilt
• Paranoia
• Malignant Narcissism
• Machiavellianism
• Psychopathy
