Question is, if govt says Huawei has to be used because there’s no one else who can fill the gap, how can their role be that limited?
I’m sure many Conservative MPs and security experts will be worried about mission creep. Govt says cap will be 35% in law but how is that going to be monitored? And how do you even measure it?
