They were denied access to lawyers during the investigation phase and say they were tortured. Amirhossein Moradi says he was coerced into giving a “confession” that was broadcast on state television and used as evidence to convict them! #Iran #IranProtests
Amir Hossein Moradi is only 25 years old! He has been sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment & 74 times flogging. His father a blue color worker is a postmaster carrier motorcyclist. Amir Hossein took refuge in Germany, but did not survive the hardships of being away from family! 
After 3 years of hardship in Germany, he became severely ill and decided to go back to his family. During the last year’s #IranProtests in November he was forced to confess & within matter of days was sentenced to flogging & execution! His lawyer was not allowed to defend him!
The three young men had taken part in the second day of the nationwide protests in the Sattarkhan district of Tehran on 16 November. Moradi was the first to be identified three days later by the security forces using CCTV footage and he was then arrested by the MOIS.
Amir Hossein was kept for a month in solitary confinement, then transferred to Evin prison in December. After Amir Hossein’s arrest, Mohammad & Saeed immediately tried to escape to take political asylum in Turkey! However Turkey handed the two asylum seekers back to Iran!
The young men were sent to Evin prison, where they were initially sentenced to a year in prison for illegally departing Iran, but later Salavati who currently is in the U.S terrorist list changed their sentence to execution!
According to Amir Hossein’s family he was severely tortured electrical shocks and lashed to make a confession
