BREAKING: Coronvirus Outbreak. One week after Italy's national lockdown (8 days after the north), Italy has three days with same number of new cases. This means 5 days after lockdown cases leveled off, consistent with typical incubation period of 3-5 days. This is good news. 
Europe is closing in on Italy. Several countries moving to national lockdowns, so we can hope for stabilization in 5 days. Those that delay, will suffer longer.
