#ISIS' theme of the current phase appears to be الثبات "steadfastness" (ie resilience). The term has appeared in its recent videos from Baghuz "Manifestations of Steadfastness" and its latest vid from #Sinai, which is titled "[holding firm to the] Pledge and Steadfastness".
In Dec IS weekly paper Naba and the group's supporters started promoting the slogan, "Holding Firm to the Pledge" ("holding firm" also translated as "steadfastness") after IS lost Hajin. The slogan or variations of it has appeared in various IS propaganda
It could be understood as a vow by IS militants and supporters that they will not abandon their pledge of loyalty to the group and will fight on, despite territorial losses

1) Jihadists have been calling for revenge attacks and inciting violence following the #NewZealandTerroristAttack. The attack against Muslims presented jihadists with a golden opportunity to push their “us versus them” and “Islam is under attack, do something” narratives.
2) Jihadists are exploiting the attack, hoping that Muslims’ anger and emotions will drive some of them to align with jihadists, ideologically if not physically. I.e, they are using the event as a recruitment tool.
3) That’s why jihadists have been urging wide circulation of the graphic shooting video, saying all Muslims must watch it, to shock them into action. The word "crusade" while common jihadist lingo is being used more than usual.

#ISIS cites/exploits western media coverage and analysts to say the group has not been defeated.
“If you follow Crusader media these days you’ll find strange unanimous agreement from their leaders and experts that the Islamic State will endure [here to stay]”, reads the opening sentence of ISIS’s editorial in al-#Naba on 21 Feb.
Also worth noting in the #Naba editorial is how #ISIS slightly adapted its trademark slogan باقية وتتمدد (Remaining & Expanding), which at the height of its power IS used to mean its "caliphate" is remaining or here to stay and its territory/presence is expanding.
