En 1995, les élèves de Centrale Paris (Supélec) souhaitent un réseau plus rapide pour jouer aux premiers jeux en ligne. Les geeks de l'époque avaient déjà leurs petites priorités...
Mais l'école refuse d'investir puisque son réseau est amplement suffisant pour les échanges de mails et la consultation du web de 1995. Les élèves ingénieurs vont alors se tourner vers des industriels, et notamment Bouygues, pour financer leur nouveau réseau.
Et c'est là que les techniciens de TF1 leur demandent s'il est possible de diffuser les flux satellites sur le réseau de l'école, en n'ayant qu'une seule parabole pour tout le campus (et pas 1500 paraboles avec 1500 décodeurs). Et d'utiliser les ordinateurs pour décoder le flux.

This surveillance tech is deployed at Sabarimala currently with Artificial Intelligence based high-res cameras fitted onto drones synced with various databses and biometric profiles under what they call "Predictive Policing" - stopping crime before it starts or future crimes.
Under Predictive Policing Hot Spot analysis police personnel will analyze & predict geographical areas of increased crime on basis of crime data. It will process all patterns relating to time of occurrence, exact locations, even shops, hotels, bars or other establishments.
Detectives will study social & infrastructural environment of a location & its local demography. Analysis will also be made of such things as local weather conditions, days on which offences are committed, whether it was around pay-day etc. But how they know its your pay-day? :)

#Thread @benkoku I'm a nurse working with an international school in Ghana. They have smart boards in every classroom which is good for visual learning. This is one of the reason why students who attend these schools become smarter than their colleagues in other schools
They write International exams, go through IG and IB. After IB these kids come out with internationally recognized certificates. I think a system like this is what we should adopt rather than this joke we call double track system #CitiCBS
I personally attend one of the universities in Ghana and I was having difficulties in the sciences. My dad asked me to search Khan academy and type any topic I find difficult. I was astonished the same topic that I sit in class for 2hrs and don't understand,

Détail troublant, néanmoins : ce convoi n’existe pas. Même pas en rêve.
