In June, I flagged several ads for a massive scam investment scheme to Facebook's trust/integrity lead. He promised to take a look. The scheme is still in operation.

FB benefits from it. Either they don't allocate the resources needed to fix this or they deliberately don't care.
The scam scheme uses 'dark ads' served via different FB pages that take users to different websites/domains that show fake endorsements by well-known persons.

It has been discussed in Austria in recent days, Martin @haunschmidtech did an investigation:
