1. Bernie has CREATED the political conversation we’re having now. #MedicareforAll, #GreenNewDeal, #FreeCollege, #NoCorpMoney—all because of Bernie.

2. Bernie’s #MedicareforAll plan is the most honest. It trusts the American ppl to understand that we get what we pay for AND that we can do better than the insurance corps that are dragging us for their profits.

3. Bernie’s Politics are honest, upfront, and truly inclusive. When you raise the most money out of all candidates on the hard-earned contributions of teachers, nurses, and line workers, it’s because they FEEL your politics. We need that right now.

4. We’re not just fighting to beat Trump, but to build the after-Trump. Bernie understands that those teachers, nurses, and line workers are the ones who will do it. And they have made it clear that Bernie’s is the movement they trust to do it.

5. My family in Egypt are just as human as I am. It’s is by a cosmic accident that I was born and raised here. Our foreign policy ought to dignify them. Bernie is the only candidate whose foreign policy approach recognizes that a life is a life is a life.

He is willing to talk about the Palestinians. Again, HE IS WILLING TO TALK ABOUT YHE PALEATINIANS. He’s fought to end the war in Yemen. He opposed the war in Iraq. The political courage here is driven by a moral integrity that we need in the Oval Office.

6. When I met Bernie in MI for the first time last year when he came to rally with me. He didn’t just ask what I believed, he asked me WHY. And that said everything.

7. He gave me advice—a 77 yo white man talking to a 33 yo Brown man—stay close to the young people, the underserved, and marginalized. Listen, learn, and understand. Tho he’s painted as gruff, this remains the MOST HONEST call to empathy I have yet to hear from a politician.

8. In an era where everyone carries a camera in their pocket, my generation knows a thing or two about optics—whose trying to manipulate them and whose not. We crave authenticity.

I believe the reason that Bernie is the overwhelming choice for Gen Z and millennials is that: he’s not pretending. He just is. We see through the glitter to the substance. And Bernie is ALL substance.
