#NEW: NPR Moscow correspondent reporting rn that Jordan has tweeted that the #Ukraine flight was brought down by a missile. Tangential to this, #Zelensky is in Jordan and reportedly posting on Facebook that a criminal investigation has not been ruled out.

No independent corroboration that this #UkraineAirlines crash is anything other than a tech disaster, but the timing has raised questions.
The flight was reportedly on fire and then exploded into a fireball. None of the 176 survived.
These details are not inconsiderable under the current circumstances. Also NPR reported this flight was not one of the 737's under review.

Federal prosecutors say #MichaelFlynn should get jail time. They are asking for the guideline sentence of 0-6 months in prison, citing Flynn's failure to accept responsibility and his efforts to undermine prosecutors.

Six months is a walk for this guy. He deserves far more.
#MichaelFlynn was a foreign agent while was working for Trump's campaign. And against direct advice from Obama to Trump to steer clear of Flynn, who Obama fired, Trump made him NSA. #SallyYates resigned over her warning to Trump about Flynn, for anyone who forgets the trajectory.
The guy who led the chants of #LockHerUp at the RNC and who tweeted every day in the weeks before the election about Hillary deserves to be in prison himself. He also promoted #Pizzagate and put the US at risk.

The #ACA/#Obamacare has been law for a decade. It is not and has never been insurance. It provides for the healthcare marketplace where people can shop their states' private insurance companies for affordable plans. It also provides tax credit subsidies for those plans.
The #ACA also expanded #Medicaid to cover more low income people. And created coverage for the #Medicare "donut hole." The law also stipulates that being female must be covered (it was not before the ACA) and that women must not pay more than men for the same plan, like before.
The #ACA also requires insurers to cover #PreExistingConditions like #cancer or #diabetes. The ACA charged the states with providing access to health insurance for low income people via #Medicaid.

Let me say this loudly for the people at the back: the Democratic base is women and POC. Half of those people are under 40. A one-term elderly white male candidate with no policy is not what is needed for a change election. Younger women and voters of color are not with Biden.
Both Harris and Castro have suspended their campaigns. They could come back.They are still on the ballots. But if Democrats and the left are not committed to women and POC candidates we cannot have the representation we deserve: representation that looks like and sounds like us.
The most votes in US history were won by a black man and a white woman. Stop saying we have to look to a broken past instead of a visionary future to win the White House. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SHOW UP AND VOTE. Hillary lost by 77k votes in 3 states where 800k voted 3rd party.
