The Saudis are selling cheap oil to Europe so that the Russians can't sell their oil or have to sell it for less than it takes to produce it.

The Saudi's can afford to sell oil cheaply because their production costs are among the lowest in the world. MbS has also focused on removing corruption in Saudi Arabia, mostly his relatives. Most other autocracies have a high corruption tax on their oil!
Most can't afford to compete on price for long, then the money that is flowing to Swamp players all over the world dries up. So this is likely to also accelerate the global corruption investigations as soon the players won't have the cash to buy their way out of it!
Just to give a comparison, searches say it costs the Russians $42 a barrel to produce crude.

Ouch, & the markets in Russia don't even open until tomorrow locking the stock holders into the losses triggered by the Saudis! 
The impact is also hitting at the Ruble which is down to a 4 year low against the dollar!
For anyone doubting this was a joint decision by Trump & MbS...
