What is even happening?
The person is Mohammad Haydar Zammar. This is his name in a book from 2006.

Apparently Zammar is an al-Qaeda recruiter, and he was free from a Syrian prison in March 2014 while serving a 12-year prison sentence in Aleppo's central prison. He was also apparently the mastermind of the "Hamburg Cell".

Zammar was actually questioned after 9/11, but German officials did not have enough evidence, and he ultimately left Germany on October 25, 2001. Zammar also helped facilitate the travel of Mohamed Atta, one of the hijackers, and some cohorts.

After Zammar left Germany, he was captured in Morocco and then sent to Syria.

Oh, when Zammar was captured by Moroccan authorities, he was then rendered by the Central Intelligence Agency to Syria, where he was held in the Far-Falastin detention centre.

Zammar, according to The Washington Post, decided on a career in jihad in 1991. Apparently it's a career path? Who knew. He formally pledged allegiance to al-Qaeda in 1996, and was placed under surveillance by German authorities in 1997.

When Zammar was handed over to Syria, he was tortured by Bashar al-Assad's regime, which led to Germany's parliament investigating the Central Intelligence Agency's practices.

In the Equation Group dump is a module known as "m12000000", or TADAQUEOUS, which does not have a Listening Post (LP) attached to it.

2. Giuliani joins @POTUS' legal team. Good relationship. Has the Abedin "Insurance File" from Weiner's laptop (HRC is toast!). Rudy is in direct talks w/Mueller to wrap up investigation. Everyone was careless because they didn't think she would lose. Lots of evidence of crimes.
3. Q has everything to bring down the DS. Pedo videos/files in "Insurance File" can't be released to the public as child porn is illegal to download. Legal discovery in court will, however enable evidence to come forward. We are seeing criminal referrals beginning to take place.
